Year 4 studied different Chinese blossom artwork and then used watercolours to create their own painting. They looked closely at the range and depth of colours and worked hard to show different shades of pinks and greens. They tried hard to add texture to their artwork by using colour effectively. CHINA

STP62979.JPG

Year 4 have learned lots about China! They know where it is on a map and which continent it is in. The children each made their own Chinese dragon! They have listened to, spoken and written chinese numbers to 10. The class really enjoyed researching information about the giant panda and then wrote a non chronological report. Ask your child what else we learned about China!
