Circus skills workshop.

The theme for Book Week this year was the circus, and all of the children have been doing lots of exciting work about circuses. Miss Allen organised a circus skills workshop which started with a performance for the whole school which had the children gasping in awe,

Throughout the day each class had the opportunity to try out some of the equipment.

Mrs Pigott was very impressed with how much the Year 5 children improved their skills during the session. Every single member of the class could balance a peacock feather on their chin, and the effort and concentration the children put into learning other skills was impressive. As you can see, even Mr Craggs could not resist joining in.
