We have been finding out about the festival 'Diwali'.We have been thinking about colours and lights and have been making some fabulous pictures in class! We have been using lots of different mediums to create our pictures including marbelling, splatting, chalks, gluing and sticking!
Look out for photographs of our art work and come in and have a look at our classroom displays! We have also been learning about the different ways we celebrate our birthdays and talking about other family celebrations such as weddings and baptisms.

We will soon be starting to rehearse for our Christmas production. This year the Early Years Foundation Stage will be performing 'Shine Star, Shine'! We are very excited about learning the songs and beginning all things "Christmassy"!!!!
