As part of our "Sustainable School" theme, Year 5 have been cooking leek and potato soup made with potatoes grown in the school garden.
The children all thought the soup was delicious. Mrs Miller and Mr Bradshaw really enjoyed it, and Mr Craggs was very sad that he arrived just too late for a sample.
As part of our theme this term, our challenge is to increase the quantity and variety of recycling done by our school. We will be asking for your help and support, so look out for our posters and we will be visiting your class soon to promote our ideas!
