Mothers Day Madness!
We had great fun cooking up some wonderful treats for our mums for Mothers Day.
Peppermint Pyramids in gold boxes were their surprise gift this year.
We were able to use our new skills in measuring when we had to measure the icing sugar and peppermint essence. Separating the eggs was very tricky and the icing sugar had the habit of jumping out of the bowls.
However we used lots of cookery skills and made a wonderful gift for our wonderful mums.
