Bonjour and Cheers!
Year 2 had a French afternoon! We tried some French food and wrote our own French menus to go into our classroom 'Restaurant Francais'. The wine (fizzy pop) was super and when Mr Slane popped the cork on the bottle we all got a shock! What would you choose to eat in a French Restaurant? Escargot? Le hamburger avec les frites? Read on and find out what we had to eat...
We had grapes which the French use to make wine. We loved to brie cheese and the crepes (pancakes)
