Year One are learning all about their senses this week. We have learned lots of fascinating facts. But today, we decided to use our sense of touch to create a work of art.
We will display our art work on the wall in our classroom. Do you like it? Please leave us a comment and let us know what you think.
When we put our hands in the paint we thought of lots of words to describe how it felt. How would you have described it?
Our brains will remember how it felt and if we do it again it will recognise it as paint.
I am uniquely clever!

I love doing art that is messy. It felt ticklish.

I know sound travels in waves.

The paint was very squidgy. I like the picture we made.

It was good putting my hands in the paint. I liked it, it wasn't scruffy.

The paint was splodgy. I know we need light to see. No light, no see.
