Year One have worked incredibly hard on their homework project to build a castle. Mrs Inkster was amazed at everyone's efforts.
On Wednesday, Mrs Jones and Alun (our Bike It Officer) had the difficult position of choosing who had won. After much deliberation they chose.
1st place (£10 voucher to Cineworld) - Brian Swindale
2nd place (£5 viucher to Cineworld) - Kieran Brydon
3rd place (Large selection box) - Connar Ainsley and Joe Corbett
All the runners up received a selection box as they had worked tremendously hard.
A big thank you to all the parents who supported their children, I hope you had as much fun as the children did.
And finally, a huge thank you to the children of Year One, you truly are the best in the world!!! I am so pleased to be your teacher.

I liked making my castle. It was called a Knights Castle. I learned to paint it in different colours.

I loved making my castle. I made it with card and toilet rolls. I liked everyone else's as well. We all worked very hard.
