Come and have a look around our classroom and see what we have on display.
This is our toy shop and museum. We love playing in here, but what do we learn? We have made silhouettes of our favourite toys, used chalk to paint the other half of an old toy. We have set up our own toy museum and are learning how to use money in the shop. In ICt we took photographs of different toys close up. We have made a guessing game of what they toys are by lifting the flap. Finally, not forgetting science we are discovering how things move.
This is a photograph of our cloakroom. We turned it into a Winter Wonderland. Some of the work displayed includes adjectives that describe the cold, instructions how to make a snowman, glitter icicle spirals, and some great photos of us in the snow.
When we were learning all about time, we used the story What Time Is It Mr. Wolf and this was the focus of our display. We each made a clock by putting the numbers in the correct place and then adding an hour hand and minute hand. We also included some examples of the clocks we had completed in the lesson.
Our Winnie the Witch display shows us some examples of our writing. We had to write a sentence about Winnie the Witch. We were very proud of our work but can't believe how much we have improved since then.

This is our art area. It shows the work we did on colour mixing. We mixed the primary colours on a wheel and then added white to one colour to see what happened. We also thought of words that described colour.
We hope you have enjoyed having a little look around our classroom. We love it!
