Scrambled egg and toast
The children in the MSB have been making scrambled egg on toast.
The children had to notice the irreversible changes that occurred to the bread and the eggs during the cooking process. Skills were developed when whisking the eggs and buttering the toast. This gave the children a chance to experience a real life activity which they could try out at home.
