Just before half term, Miss Allen set us a challenge...
We had a Jack and the beanstalk competition. We took home 2 broad bean seeds, soil and a plantpot and over half term we planted our seeds, watered them and watched them grow! We brought them in last week. The boy and girl who had the tallest plant won gardening prizes. Rachel won for the girls and Michael won for the boys. Well done Rachel and Michael - you must have green fingers! Mrs Lacey grew the tallest plant out of the teachers...Unlucky Miss Allen... your plant was tiny!! Better luck next time.
