The Victorians
Year 6 have been learning about the Victorians. They have planned and designed waterwheels which look fantastic and the team work was outstanding. The children have developed skills in sawing and drilling. We also went to Beamish Museum where the children learned lots of interesting facts, we especially enjoued watching sweets being made and of course eating them!!! Year 6 have also made gingerbread men and have written excellent instructions, so if you fancy making some, see the year 6 children!
