Roman Road Primary School

We have been looking at the parts of the plant and learning their names and the jobs they do. Mrs Inkster is so impressed with our knowledge and she thinks we have green fingers.

We have also planted broad bean and sunflower seeds. They are growing fantastic and it is now like a jungle in our classroom. We are hoping to take our broad bean plants home soon. The sunflowers are going to be planted around the school and we are then going to measure them in maths and see who has grown the largest sunflower.
