Pippa has been teaching us how to interpret paintings and enhance our observational skills, which in turn improves our own practical creatvity. She used original artists materials and allowed us to dry paint over the images on the screen.

Year 1 looked at the stories that could be found in paintings.
Year 2 - nativity
Year 3 - pattern
Year 4 - viewpoints
Year 5 - animals in paintings
Year 6 - Victorians

Pippa said she was "extremely impressed with the enthusiasm of the children from Roman Road" and she was glad to be back. We hope to see her again next year.
