Signs in Year 1
In Year 1 this half term we have spent time looking at labels, captions and also signs. We did a lot of work on the highway code and found out that red triangles were signs giving a warning and red circles were signs giving an order.
In class we worked in groups and came up with some fantastic ideas for Class Codes using red triangles and red circles. Mrs Inkster's favourite is the triangle with a picture of her in it. Green group thought of the warning "Mrs Inkster is watching." We have displayed our Class codes in the classroom for everyone to see. We hope you like them too.
