Rowing Challenge Starts in Year 6

Mr Tellyn from Heworth Grange Comprehensive School has started a monthly schedule of visits to teach Year 6 on how to use rowing machines to stay fit.

In addition to the health benefits, the children’s team scores are being entered in a league database with schools competing against each other.

Everyone enjoyed the first session and they are looking forward to improving their performance on the next attempt.

Hi,
I loved doing the rowing, it is very tiring and when you have to do it fast you get out of breath.
